This Is The End of The Internship for The Man of Steel (A June 2013 Film Preview)

The blockbusters keep on coming. If you were highly impressed with May’s Fast & Furious 6, Hangover 3 and the new Star Trek then hold your horses for June’s films.

June 7

If everything (yes including murder) was legal for for only 12 hours once a year, what would you do? Well that’s the concept behind The PurgeEthan Hawke stars in thriller a film about a family being held hostage for helping out a man who is the target of a murderous group.

The wedding crashers themselves star in first comedy of the month. The Internship stars Owen Wilson and Vince Vaugh as they try to compete with new-age technology after being fired for their lack of knowledge on the new-age technology. The duo earn themselves an internship with search engine Google and try to keep up with the much brighter and younger interns.

June 12

This Is The End  features an all star casts that includes James Franco, Seth Rogen, Jonah Hill, Michael Cera, Craig Robinson, Emma Watson and more! The unique part of the film is that every single actor plays themselves and every single actor attend a party at James Franco’s house. Seems like all fun and games but not until an apocalypse occurs for some random reason.

June 14

Henry Cavill will get a shot to play the prestigious Clark Kent a.k.a Superman in Man of Steel. This Superman  film will be produced by Dark Knight director Christopher Nolan. Russell Crowe and Amy Adams will join Cavill in trying to make this Superman film epic. You might remember its director Zack Snyder from Sucker Punch, Watchmen and 300.

June 21World War ZBrad Pitt returns to action in World War Z. Pitt plays a family man who is also a United Nations employee who’s trying to fight back against the “zombie disease.”

Pixar returns for the kids with Monsters University. More like a prequel to Minsters Inc., the film seems to set back to when Sully and Mike were going to monster college were they kinda enemies…kinda. The film includes voices of Billy Crystal, John Goodman, Steve Buscemi, John Krasinski, Helen Mirren and more.

June 28

White House Down stars Channing Tatum, Jamie Foxx and Maggie Gyllenhaal. Guess what the film centers?! You guessed it, the White House!  And you guessed it again, it’s ALL about the POTUS!

Sandra Bullock co-stars with Melissa McCarthy in The Heat. The film seems to be about a Boston cop and an FBI agent who are used to being on their own. Yup…that’s about it..
