Brady was suspended for four games last year for tampering with deflated balls in the “deflegate” controversy. He appealed his suspension and was able to play those four games.
This week, U.S. court judge decided that Brady will now actually have to go forward with his suspension making him miss the first four games of the Patriots’ season.
Shaheen expressed more on her stance to the Washington Post.
